In your buddy email, you should have been informed what Tribe you will be joining when you start at Streets Heaver. If for any reason you have not received this information, just pop your buddy a reply email to find out.
See below for what being part of a tribe entails. Feel free to ask any questions over email, or save them up for your first day!

Meet in office once a quarter with your tribe
Build cross department relationships
Take part in competitions against other tribes
Win points for your tribe by completing certain tasks such as running a Growth Hub
