Candy originally joined Streets Heaver's Support Department in 2015, quickly proving to be a valuable member of the team and moving up to Support Deputy. She originated the role of Training Manager at Streets Heaver, identifying and filling an organisational need. Candy took on her newest challenge as Head of Operations in 2020.
Her Team:
Geoff joined the company in 1997, back in the days when Installation, Training, Testing and Support were all the responsibility of Support. Geoff took over as Support Manager in 2014 and has grown and fostered a thriving department. He enjoys the different challenges that Support brings, and hates being stuck on the bypass!
His Team:
Colm started in Support at Streets Heaver in 2014 and has since progressed to Deputy Support Manager. He has several dogs, loves problem solving and is a true SQL wizard.
James began his Streets Heaver journey in 2003 as a Junior Support Analyst. He progressed to Project Quality Manager, helping to strategise and manage projects, workloads and schedules. As of 2025, James is a Senior Implementation Consultant, wielding his vast expertise to advise the wider Projects' team and tighten departmental processes.
Stephine began her journey in the Support Department in 2017, stepping into the role of Training Manager in 2020, and finally advancing to Learning & Development Manager in 2022. She loves organisation and has a phobia of being late! In her spare time she is often found baking or spending time with her son and doggies.

Dane has been a Project Manager at Streets since leaving University in 2013. He supports Leeds United, is a big Alan Partridge fan and loves spending his spare time with his son.

Simon joined the Support Department 2008, moving to the Projects Department in 2012 and has thrived ever since! Simon now uses his encyclopedic knowledge of customer processes to head up the Interfacing team and assist the wider Projects' Department. He loves attention to detail and doing things right the first time.

Alexandra has been a part of the Projects department since her arrival in 2018. She's a self-confessed control freak with a passion for admin and stationery. Her life goal is to own a rescue farm, but she may need to win the lottery first!

Alex joined Streets Heaver in 2018 as an apprentice, fresh out of school, eventually becoming a Team Lead in early 2025. Alex enjoys the more personal sides of the Team Lead role, supporting colleagues and coaching them to be the best they can be. Outside of work, Alex enjoys video games, and going on long walks with his dog Darcy.

Jed joined Streets Heaver in 2021 as a Support Analyst, impressively rising to Team Lead in 2022. His favourite part of the job is working with a wide range of people and personalities on a day-to-day basis. Jed has self-confessed "middle-aged" hobbies with squash, darts and football being his sports of choice, to be enjoyed alongside a pint of Guinness or a cup of tea.

Keith came to Streets in 2025 as our very first PMO Manager. Keith has spent around 30 years in Project Management, with 15 years of software-specific experience. During this time, Keith has performed every role within PMO from being a project administrator to managing and creating the PMO functions of organisations. In his spare time, Keith loves a long walk and supports grass roots football.
