What is Personal Development time?
This might be something completely new to you, so let us tell you a bit more. We give all employees up to half a day a week to spend on developing themselves. You might spend the time on role-related tasks that help make your day-to-day easier, or advance your knowledge or confidence in an area of your job. Alternatively, you could learn something brand new that isn't directly tied to your everyday role, but might assist you in other ways. For example, taking a creative writing course to improve your communication skills.
What do you mean by charity day?
We like to give employees the opportunity to give back without having to use their well deserved holiday days! So, we urge people to take their free charity day every year, allowing you to spend the day supporting a cause that is important to you. Most years, we run a sponsored litter pick to raise money for our Charity of the Year, which is always great fun! Check out our LinkedIn to find out more
