What is Personal Development time?

This might be something completely new to you, so let us tell you a bit more. We give all employees up to half a day a week to spend on developing themselves. This can range from role related tasks that help make your day to day easier or advance your knowledge in an area. To something brand new that may not be immediately job related. Like learning chemistry which in turn helps advance your problem solving skills!

What do you mean by charity day?

We like to give employees the opportunity to give back without having to use their well deserved holiday days! So we urge people to take their free charity day every year, this means you can spend the day giving back to a cause that is important to you. Previously we have used this to do a group 18 mile litter pick walk which was great fun! Check out our linkedin to find out more

Tell me more about the Pension

We automatically opt you in to our private pension scheme after three months. Should you wish to opt out of this then simply contact Hana Bott our head of finance and she can do this for you. It starts with employee 5% and employer 4% should you wish to increase your contribution, Hana can also help with this.
